Duane Passman is the Director of Percipio Consulting Limited.  Duane has over 35 years of experience in the development, planning and implementation of major capital programmes and projects in the NHS.

Duane is an accredited Business Case Practitioner and is a graduate of the Government’s Major Project Leadership Academy.  He has been a Visiting Professor at London South Bank University and the University of Salford. He has also been an accredited Gateway Reviewer since 2003.

Duane is a Fellow of the Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estates Management (IHEEM).  He is a member of the Healthcare Estates Conference Organising Committee and Co-Chair of IHEEM’s Equality & Diversity Group.
